This is great stuff! I've never really had a black currant drink like this one before. A rich berry deep flavor, light on carbonation. Its a dry drink, similar to elderflower, but with grapeskin tartness and the delicious aroma of ripe black currants.

Its like a dry champagne: a drink to sip and savor, not guzzle. Let it season on your tongue and tingle the roof of your mouth. This isn't a juicy fruit drink but a distinctive berry cordial.
