Review Weird, this really does smell like a dry wine or grapey champagne. Its not just the bottle that makes the association. But there are no grapes in this concoction, only lemons and elderflowers. Its sweet and the flavor is pretty mild and subtle. I taste it most on the roof of my mouth it seems. Its a mellow beverage, no strong flavors, but the tartness of the lemons and floral taste make it intriguing and refreshing. Its something to be sipped and savored, not a real thirst quencher.
